Three steps to get started
None of them are complicated.
-
We start with a conversation
Tell us what's going on in your own words. There's no form to fill out first and nothing you need to prepare.
-
We map out what's available to you
Your advocate explains your coverage, your benefits, and your options side by side, so you can see the whole picture in one place.
-
We stay in touch
Things change: your health, your plan, your work. Your care team checks in and picks up right where you left off.
I'd been putting off the paperwork for months because I didn't understand a word of it. My advocate went through it with me line by line and never once made me feel slow. That was the first time in two years I felt like someone was on my side.
Straight answers
No fine print. Still wondering about something? Call us and ask. There's no obligation and no script.
(888) 555-0142Are you an insurance company?
No. Advalign Health is a health and benefits advocacy organization.
We help you understand and use the coverage and benefits you have. We are not the ones issuing the plan.
What does it cost to talk with an advocate?
Many of our services are provided at no cost to you through your health plan, benefits, or referral program.
We'll explain everything upfront before you make any decisions.
Do I have to switch doctors?
No. We work alongside the doctors and specialists you already see.
If you would like help finding someone new, we can do that too, but nothing changes unless you want it to.
Can a family member speak with you on my behalf?
Yes, with your permission.
Many of our members have a spouse, adult child, or caregiver on the call, and we are glad to include them.
How do you protect my health information?
We treat your information as confidential and only share it with people you have authorized.
You can ask your advocate at any time who has access to your information and why.
